I am starting to believe that I am somehow blessed with stunning looking couples! Devon and Jamie's wedding was right out of the pages of Town and Country.
Devon and Jamie live in Manhattan, but decided on the Main Line for their regal wedding. For their perfect summer wedding, Devon chose a custom Vera Wang Wedding gown, accented by a pair of delicate white gloves and antique earrings. The bride designed her darling bridesmaid's dresses herself, using a gold plaid fabric. Devon's hair was perfectly done by Liz at Salon D' Artiste in Wayne & her make-up by the wonderful Beke Beau.
After the ceremony, we headed to The Radnor Hunt Grounds for the reception in a 1952 pearl blue and silver Rolls Royce. I typically stay away from doing those "cheesy" car shots, but I actually had a lot of fun with this car! We took the portraits in front of the old moss covered horse stables. I was so excited when Devon jumped into the roll of supermodel, when posing with a beautiful horse. Jamie looked very handsome in his tails tuxedo, he would have fit in perfectly to a 1930's movie. Grace Stewart of Des Jardins did all of the amazing flowers including Devon's sweet bouquet of Lily's of the Valley. The blue and white vases were the perfect centerpiece for their tented wedding overlooking the luscious green rolling hills and horse pastures. J. Scott did the delicious catering, and Kristen Albright helped pull the whole event together! The Sid Miller Band kept the crowd dancing and it was great working with another band from Brandywine Valley Talent.
It was a perfect summer evening with the sound of laughter and dancing echoing through the almost fake starlight backdrop.

Absolutely breathtaking shots....hard not to be with such a stunning bride and handsome groom. Sarah I have been waiting with baited anticipation to see your shots of Devon';s wedding and am completely blown away by each and every moment captured. I am sure each glance at one of these photographs will bring Devon and Jamie back to the moment and feeling of their special day. |

The bride to end all brides, and spectacular photos to prove it. "Well done" doesn't quite cover it, Sarah. And I see a petite modeling contract in Devon's future. Congrats to the amazing Di Ciccos and above all, to Devon and Jamie - I'm thrilled to have been a part of it, and look forward to seeing the Baers again in October! |

Hello,Sarah......I just wanted to thank you and Tony for the most gorgeous wedding photos. I could hardly pull myself away from my computer tonight to get dinner cleaned up!! We all were so fortunate to have such a spectacular day, and you and Tony captured every moment with such vision, creativity and energy. I can only imagine how hard you two work, but the love of your job shines through with each photo. I am sure everyone who sees these will agree.
It has been a wonderful few hours tonight reliving Devon and Jamie's wedding, and I bet Devon will have a difficult time sleeping tonight. I think she was quite emotional watching their wedding journey. But what sweet dreams for all of us!! |
