Page and Mac had such wonderful ideas for their wedding from the day we first met. There was meaning and thought behind every little detail and location the couple picked. The wedding was held in New Hope, PA. Following the ceremony, we stopped at two picturesque locations. The first stop was at Solebury Orchard. Mac & Page's normal weekend routine includes a stop there, where they pick their fruit for the upcoming week. It was only fitting that we started there for their portraits. The second stop was at Cuttalossa Farms. I told the bride and groom that I wanted to have a couple of pictures taken with them surrounded by farm animals. Mac and Page made it their personal mission to make that happen! The farm had sheep and chickens, it was perfect! Nothing says country more than chickens!

The reception took place at the cajun restaurant, Marsha Brown, in the center of New Hope. This restaurant was originally a church and also the place where Page's own grandparents said their vows! The array of food at the restaurant was beyond impressive. There was a locally grown fruit infused vodka martini bar, cold soup bar, oyster bar, cheese spread, gumbo station, lollipop lamb chops and antipasto station. That's just naming a few of the delicacies they had to offer. The space was equally impressive. The ceiling, stained glass windows and choir loft created a romantic setting for this incredibly unique and beautiful couple's reception. 

The new couple and partygoers danced the night away to the big band style tunes, of the nine piece Franklin and Alison Orchestra. The cake, by Annie B's (Newtown), was a highlight of the night. It was a chocolate and rasberry tower designed from the couple’s china pattern. In lieu of favors, the bride and groom had Pierre’s Chocolates (New Hope) make truffles for their guests to enjoy. The party continued into the night and for the next two weeks, as the couple enjoyed their honeymoon… a cruise on the Western Mediterranean, a surprise from the groom to his bride.
