UNION LEAGUE PHILADELPHIA WEDDING – ASHLEY & ANTHONY

Planning your wedding is certainly not an easy task, but when you have to do it from another state, that’s a whole other challenge. Lucky Ashley has good taste and is extremely well organized, so her planning process was a smooth one! This wedding had all of the touches of classic Philadelphia when the couple selected iconic Philadelphia locations for their portraits and the Union League for their reception. The natural lighting and cloud cover at the Waterworks was the perfect setting for Ashley and Anthony’s first official photographs as husband and wife and a relaxed and fun bridal party was game when I asked them to climb the steps at The Philadelphia Museum of Art. The night was complete with their reception held in the Meade Room of The Union League of Philadelphia. The Meade Room has all of the romance and warmth that you would expect from this historic site. I always love when my couples are willing to venture out during the reception and take in the city night together. City Hall never fails as the perfect backdrop to end of the night portraits as Ashley and Anthony embrace with sparklers on the center of Broad Street.
